hey!
Well it seems that the last 2 days of this week and last week of school were not too bad.
Let's see mr toh was in a very happy mood when he came for choir practice last thursday. Everyone was shocked at first when he came for practice early. But later when we were warming up, he taught us some new breathing techniques and he also joked around with us. He also brought a cd for us to listen to one of the songs he wanted us to sing. The song is called "salve regina".
As we listened to the cd, the voices were very soothing and angelic. i was like thinking "wow....how lovely would it be to sing just as beautifully as those singers" of course choir still needs a lot of intensive training and discipline if we are too sing very well. We practiced and despite finishing choir practice early, we still went home at the usual late time. mr toh didn't scold us a lot today. that's a relief. Friday was quite nice as well. F&N period was the best! I had so much fun cooking pasteries and Mrs Joseph was also joking with us.
Since it was past lunch time, she would cook up something special, only for her class to eat. I had no extra lessons after school so i arrived home early to help my dad cook dinner. then i relaxed for the rest of the evening. Kang hao and i was talking on the phone from 9pm to about 2am in the morning. LOL! that was the very first long conversation i had ever had with him. we have so much to talk about by the end of the week.
Let's see for this week, we had our horrible CA week, which is a full week of tests! thank goodness it is over. thursday there was no choir practice so i managed to get an extra good night's sleep. We also have extra time to memorise our scores by then. Today we had our annual SAC Sport's Day Carnival and we celebrated National day as well. We went to Tamesak Poly to use the stadium. This years sport's day wasn't so nice. It wasn't as crazy as lasts year. its so much better when it is lively. I ran for 4 x 100m race and 8 x 50m race but unfortunately, me and my teamatesnvr win anything. Magdalene house won though^_^ And today is also the annual opening of the Beijing Olympics! Hahaha. Well I pray best of luck to the athletes representing Singapore! GO SINGAPORE!
YAY! NO TUTION TOMORROW!! can slack for the national day holiday weekend heehee! but still have homwework to do....(mumbles) anyway tomorrow night, im gonna go downtown with my family tomorrow night to see the fire works and air show display.
